Monday paint classes ~
We painted a TROUT yesterday in paint class. One of my students (KIM) suggested we do something along the lines for a "male" gift for the holidays ~ and I'm always up for a good challenge. Since it is totally out of the "norm" for our regular paint class style I was a bit worried but once again, my students continue to blow me away with their talent! They all did such amazing work and I think they were all pleased with learning something else other than flowers!

Thanks so much for all the very sweet comments ~ my hubby and I had a fabulous time at the reunion. I picked the puppies up yesterday from the kennel (yes, Terry - I took them to Southwood). They did so well, the staff absolutely LOVE them and they were very happy to see me which is always a good feeling for a mommy. They were really excited to be home and they just ran around smelling everything. I was a bit worried with how they would sleep last night being the first night back in their bed (crate) but they were ready for bed at 8:30p.m. and didn't get up until 6:30a.m. AWESOME!
Anyway, gotta get ready for bowling! Hope it goes as well as two weeks ago but I have to admit that I'm not that consistant ~ but then again I don't practice so why would I think I would be?hehehe.
Have a fantastic day!

Your students did a great job as always! I really would like to have your job and be able to make artists out of everyone I taught. Maybe one day that will happen, if I ever get my OSCI official certification! LOL Enjoyed visiting with you today. I can't believe it will probably be July before I see you next...boo hoo.
Oh wow! Those fish are beautiful!! Thank you so much for stopping by! It's so nice to meet ya...and a GA. peach as well...You Rock! LOL!

Cool idea on the trout! It's on a box right? That is definitely a great male gift - esp. for my husband and his father - all big into fishing!
