Christmas at Harrods &
250th post GIVEAWAY information BELOW!

One place I loved to go to during the holidays when we lived in England was Harrods. One of the largest stores I've ever been in and just full of the most amazing eye candy that you could imagine ~ most of which I could not afford! Since I couldn't go again in person I went through the web to see the amazing things they have this Christmas!

Isn't this chocolate ornament fab!

Could you imagine having a tree full of them? Down here in GA it wouldn't fare to well with the 80 degree weather we've been having.
Well, for $70 a pop I don't think there would be many on my tree but certainly one that I'd eat!
It was always a special treat to see how the Grotto was set up and see Father Christmas - the last time we visited it was sugar plums and dancing fairies ~ too cute!

Here were a few of my favorite things

This little gem encrusted powder box will set you back $2800.00

Thanks for all the visits and sweet comments on my last post - if you didn't get a chance to see all the amazing Holiday Homes go on over to Karla's to see all the links.
Wednesday evening I taught another Pansy class ~ we had so much fun. Too much fun probably! Lots of banter and lots of gorgeous pansies!

Nita
Nita won the drawing and took home the project piece I painted in class.

I'll be back on Sunday when I post the winner of my 250th post giveaway - don't forget to leave your comments ~ that's all you have to do to enter. I'm adding another item that I'll be drawing for ~ this pansy tray ~ so there will be two winners - one for the 16x20 canvas and one for the tray.
There are several other ways to enter as well - let your blog friends know about my drawing - send them over and tell them to let me know you sent them and you'll be entered again! Plus, you can also leave a comment here to enter again.

Blessings,
Sandy

Harrod's, the one place I did not get to go when we visited you in England. I still really love all the stuff you bought me from that store. I still use the Harrod's bag. Love the work your students did and the new picture of the boys. Have a great weekend.
Love ya,
Linda

Great picures of the glass ornaments. Congratulations on the 250th post. Thanks for checking up on me. Dad is spoiling me by waiting on me hand and foot. I think he wantsto keep me around for a few more days. Sitting with my leg elevated is boring but the alternative is scary so I sit. Great piture of the boys. Did you see Linda's new look? Have a great weekend.
Love,
Mom

I never made it to Harrods when I was in London. I guess I'll have to go back. :-) Love that chocolate ball. And the pansies are so pretty. Have you ever posted about your time in London before? I know I've seen a post about Princess Diana but wasn't sure if you had posted more. Well, have a great weekend.

As usual your classes are great and your students do a wonderful job. Love the latest picture of the boys. Have a Merry Christmas. I will be with Dot for the holidays. Like your Mom she is doing okay after her shoulder operation. Puts a slight crimp in showing dogs for a while.
Love,
Grandma
