What a fabulous craft club week we had at Hobby Lobby last week. I taught various projects

Friday we painted daisies on these cute tin containers and then we created daisies out of clay. I of course forgot to take pictures so the moms are sending me those so that I can post them later. I will just edit and post them to this original post.

Friday evening some ladies came over and we created
poppies out of clay.

I love all the projects - esp. the ones with the kids! Can I ask how you made the gum holders? They are adorable.

Hi Karla,
Take a flower pot and turn it upside down. Take a fish bowl (got this one at Wal Mart for .77 cents. Glue it to the bottom of the flower pot with E6000 glue. Paint as desired and put the drip dish that fits that size flower pot on top of the glass bowl. We just painted polka dots because I really didn't have a lot of time with two projects but I've painted them solid, with stripes and flowers. They are too cute and the girls LOVED them!

Wow! I love how you did not make the same things every time! I love the huge initials! That was cool! And the clay leaves on the frames look perfect, really gifted bunch you all are!

Wow - it is like Art Camp! The clay art is really coming along nicely too.

Geez. When I was their age, I was barely able to make a "dream catcher" out of popsicle sticks. lol

I think it's great that you are able to teach those girls how to make such wonderful things. You're helping them to make memories that they will carry with them always.
