Master Gardener's of Middle Georgia
Spring Home & Garden Show ~
What a busy, fantastic weekend!
I had a blast at the Spring Home & Garden Show this past weekend. It's so
humbling and gratifying to see peoples reaction to my art. I had one lady tell me a complete
story about the painting below and I just loved that she was wondering who had walked down that path and what was around that tree/bush.

I think she told a convincing story because her friend standing there listening to it purchased these 3 pieces.

The members of the Master Gardener's were so sweet and their hospitality was incredible.

They actually had me in a different spot and probably with a little bit more room but it was in the middle of the room and I really was hoping to have the wall for support for some of those larger pieces.
The white stand is the one I mentioned in a previous post - was an OshKosh B'Gosh hanger and it really cleaned up nicely and was perfect for displaying the windows on it.

We had torrential rains and terrible storms on Saturday and Sunday there was a huge Cherry Blossom event going on it Macon, plus I think people were trying to get done what they weren't able to do on Saturday because of the storms but all in all I did really well and had a wonderful time. I met some really sweet people to include the ladies beside me in a gorgeous booth that I just had to share with you! Love their style and wanted everything to come home and redecorate my house with it all.

They own a store in Macon called Cocoon on First Street so if you live in the area and haven't been you must go and check out all the beautiful items they carry.

I was so touched by how many of my students came out to see me! Thank you all so much for being such sweet friends and supporters ~ it really did mean a lot to me!

This is my 300th post so I will have to decide this week what I'm gonna giveaway! All comments left from this post and for the rest of the week will go into the drawing for something I will post later this week!

Have an outstanding day!
Blessings,
Sandy

Sandy your stall looks fabulous, glad you went well, I bet you're exhausted, such a big effort to prepare and then sell, very rewarding though. Congratulations on your 300th post!!!

300th post??? Time does fly, huh? Love all the artwork, too bad the weather didn't cooperate. I really love the clay accents you added to the windows...really pushes it over the edge! (no pun intended..LOL). I can't wait for Training camp next month so I can learn all about the clay. Enter me in that giveaway - would love some more artwork created by my favorite artist.

Wow! You guys have been busy! I would love to own some of your artwork. I brag about you all the time. And one of these days, I just know I'm going to get to take lessons from you! lol My husband's always trying to get me to commit to moving to Warner Robins, but I don't want to do it. I'm looking to move further north. But a shot at art lessons with you is almost enough to convince me! lol
Love seeing all your stuff!
