Clay & Paint Classes, braces and more

We had an awesome clay class this month!! I so loved this project that ended up
in my head at 2:30a.m. one morning and it was fun creating it! The ladies all loved it
and did such a great job!

We used Studio Clay by Sculpey and attached it to a canvas that I had prepainted for all of the ladies. We created daffodils, tulips, little white flowers and a dragonfly. Too fun!!

Braces finally off!!!
I felt so bad that I had classes already scheduled because my middle guy couldn't get his braces off last week and instead of having to wait any longer hubby took off work so he could get them off on Monday! He was so excited and I begged to take a final picture of them on. His first request.....GUM! I'm sure he had it while he had his braces on but we were sticklers about him having it or anything gummy/chewy - too much $ spent on those teeth!!

Yesterday we painted a floral silhouette with quotes/scripture that the ladies got to pick out themselves. They turned out so pretty!!

Cindy actually called me an hour after class to tell me she took an order and sold a painting while checking out at the register at Hobby Lobby - the lady loved her painting and asked if she could order one!! How cool is that! She just paid for the class she took!!

Didn't bowl so great today - 160, 126, and 150 - couldn't get used to one lane being slippery and the other one being sticky - feel like I tried too much to compensate for those conditions that I pulled something in my shoulder.
Looking forward to the next few days of organizing, painting, and creating!!
Have a fabulous day!!

Your class is so talented Sandy and you are such a great teacher. I still proudly display my lovely little tray you painted which I won two years ago!
