Painting sunsets ~

Hope y'all are having a great week!

We painted sunsets in paint class and everyone

did such a fabulous job. Really made me want to escape to the beach where it's warm and tropical and relaxing.

Susan

This was her first class

Dee

Dee and Susan are friends and came together. They've been wanting to do something creative for years now with each other and I'm glad they chose this clas to come to. Love it!

Dee won the drawing and got the project piece that I painted in class.

Sherry

Alice

Tomorrow and Saturday we're painting roses. I haven't decided on a
final project piece (I know it's tomorrow) remember I told y'all I'm a
procrastinator!

Here are a few roses I've been painting lately.

Then on Saturday we're painting a Spring table runner! I love this material.
It's RocLon and it's actually black out material. Hobby Lobby carries it and it's
amazing to paint on. One side is canvas-like and the other side rubber.

March is a busy busy birthday month for all sides
of my family. March 2nd my sweet niece Gabrielle
celebrated her SWEET 16!
I so wish we could have gone up to Atlanta and
celebrated with them. She is one of the most polite, grounded, beautiful inside and out 16 year old girls that I know ~
and I'm so blessed that she is family!

Many more birthdays to post this month.

Well, have to go an decide how I'm gonna
paint and teach these roses!

Have a great day.
Smiles,
Sandy

Sandy ~ You must be a VERY good teacher? All of those sunsets sort of remind me of my own blog template photo that I took down-under a couple of years ago. Only, mine was actually of a sunrise taken on the beach at Surfers Paradise, in Queensland, Australia. Nice work you did with these ladies! ~ jb///
