Finally rested after a long weekend!
Okay, I'm finally rested enough to update my blog. I was so tired yesterday and planned to rest, get some stuff cleaned up from the weekend and all those plans went awry with a SEPTIC TANK problem!! Won't go into that yucky mess!
Before the Mistletoe Market this past weekend I had a clay class.
This was Glenda's first class with me!
Lanelle won the drawing and got to take home the project piece I created with them in class.

GA National Fairgrounds
That's where I've been and will be today! We have had such a wonderful show so far and look forward to the final day today. The customers have been so nice and you certainly wouldn't know that the economy is hurting. The Balvanuca Club that is hosting the event go up and beyond when it comes to hospitality ~ always checking to see if we need anything at all. I'll fill you in with pictures and all in the next coming days.
Have a wonderful Sunday!

Again, thanks to all that entered. I'll be having another giveaway closer to Christmas.
Yesterday in paint class we painted Mr. & Mrs. Gingerbread. The inspiration came from Leigh Russell a fabulous painter that lives in Atlanta - you can check out her website here.

We painted the snowman with sweets placemats in class on Wednesday and it sure has put me in the mood for the holidays!
I've also been getting ready for the Mistletoe Market that is coming up in a just over a week. I love the way these candle lid toppers came out. I have lots of painting to do but am off to Flordia for a week to paint and have loaded my car to the roof top with ornaments and things to paint while I'm down there.

I've been busy busy busy and have lots to share.
First off, my hubby is now officially retired from the USAF! He served 22 years and this is a new phase in our life - retirees.
Last week when I was at paint class my hubby took this adorable picture of our pups - Posh & Becks - aren't they cute?
Last Saturday we painted this adorable snowman with sweet treats. It's painted on a canvas board and is intended to be used as a placemat.
Sherry made another lace place with red and green and I just had to take a picture of her with it. Love the colors on it!
This was Ambers first class with me and she did a fabulous job. She also won the drawing and got to take home the ornaments that I painted in class.
